As the economic and social implications of the pandemic continue to take hold, join the Eastside Primetimers Foundation, speakers and guests to explore:

• The crucial workplace challenges for leaders across the not-for-profit sector

• What employees and volunteers need to feel valued and included – to stay engaged, motivated and, above all, well

• How to prioritise diversity and inclusion

• And what else can be done to change the workplace for the better

The discussion will be shaped by three leading thinkers and practitioners sharing their insights and practical experience, with structured opportunities for participants to get involved. Ruth Cane, Foundation Manager, will be hosting the event.
